“My partner of 29+ years passed away from cancer in February. I wanted a "Celebration of Life" memorial service to honor his memory. Everyone was telling me how easy it would be to do it myself, but after research, I really was hesitant to do it, as I wanted it to be special and beautiful. After looking at several online websites, I decided on Funeral Videos USA, and am I glad I did! They did an amazing job, guiding me through the process. Because of COVID and the fact that my partner was cremated, I had plenty of time to prepare a service for him, and work with Jeff. Jeff was amazing through the entire process, and made me feel so at ease during probably what was one of the most difficult and traumatic times of my life. And, when the day came, the videographer Lee couldn't have been more professional, showing up more than an hour before the service and had everything set-and-ready to go well before the service started. Jeff offered to moderate throughout, and I took him up on his offer. Again, so professional, so polite and courteous. The whole thing turned out as beautiful and wonderful as I had pictured it in my mind. Afterwards, I was literally flooded with compliments from all those that attended virtually, saying how amazing the service was. And the price was more than fair. I cannot recommend Jeff and his services highly enough. Absolutely amazing.”

“During this terrible Covid time where I couldn't travel, we had to have a mix of physical attendees and remote attendees for my father’s funeral and needed a “zoom meeting” so all who could not attend in person could attend online through zoom. My 2 sisters were able to attend in person but I wasn't along with other friends and family. Jeff was very straightforward and honest with the services he could provide and he came through perfectly without issue. In real-time the service was delayed and Jeff's team also handled that "surprise" without a hitch. They arrived early and for their part never added any additional stress to the day. My sisters were pleased and I, being on the zoom end of the service, was also very pleased with the result.
